Cover Up (1991)
Cover Up is a 1991 American British Israeli action movie directed by Manny Coto and starring Dolph Lundgren, Louis Gossett Jr., John Finn, Peter Gilmore, Lisa Berkley, John Saint Ryan. The film had its world premiere in South Korea on February 9, 1991, and on September 11, 1991, the film was released on VHS in the United States.
Plot.
Early morning. A truck with cabbages drove up to the post of armed guards at the naval base of Bedford Navy. When checking the body, there was an explosion that destroyed both the truck and the post and all the people nearby. Two people dressed as military personnel of the base killed sentries near the entrance to the armory, stole a transparent container and blew up the warehouse itself. Mike Anderson, played by Dolph Lundgren, arrives at the Tel Aviv airport from Los Angeles to report on the attack on a US naval base, on assignment from the Los Angeles Posts.RELATED:

Arriving at a press conference organized for this occasion, Mike meets his longtime acquaintances Susan Clifford (Lisa Berkley) and Colonel Jeff Cooper (John Finn), with whom he is connected by a terrorist attack in Rome, where all Cooper’s relatives – his wife and children, and Mike himself was forced to leave Jeff and Susan, as he was recalled by the newspaper and he left Rome at the most inopportune moment. Mike begins his journalistic investigation – photographing the post destroyed by the explosion, playing pool with the military and learning about the second explosion in the warehouse.
While having lunch with Cooper, she tells him of her desire to get back together with Susan and learns from the fact that he and Susan are engaged, resulting in an awkward pause.
At this time, in room 17 of the Oasis Hotel, two men transfer money from a suitcase to a bag, then some kind of device with an inflating rubber balloon appears in the frame, the balloon bursts and both men fall to the floor, foam comes out of their mouths, a man in a gas mask enters the room and shoots those lying on the floor from a machine gun with a silencer, takes a bag of money.
