Yuri Boyka and George “The Iceman” Chambers fought twice in Undisputed 2: Last Man Standing, and the third fight could be their showdown.
The third fight in the Undisputed series between Yuri Boyka and George “Iceman” Chambers could be their most decisive one. Yuri Boyka (Scott Adkins) and George “Iceman” Chambers (Michael Jai White) cross paths for the first time in Undisputed 2: Last Standing. After Chambers is accused of drug possession while filming a commercial in Russia, he is sent to prison and learns that the entire event was a plot to set up a fight between the former world heavyweight boxing champion and Boyka.
Boyka and Chambers meet in the ring twice in Undisputed 2, with Boyka (then a villain) winning his first fight and Chambers winning the rematch. While each makes for an exciting martial arts fight, some events also put the two fighters at odds. The third fight between Boyka and Chambers in Undisputed 5, which Scott Adkins says is scripted, could be much more important than just another rematch between the two, but would actually settle their rivalry.

Boyka And Chambers’ First Two Fights Were Under Unusual Circumstances
In Boyka and Chambers’ first fight, a couple of other prisoners slip a sedative into Chambers’ water bottle during the fight, resulting in his defeat. Boyka knew nothing of this and became as enraged as Chambers upon learning the news, killing the two prisoners who had been drugging Chambers and immediately agreeing to a rematch. Iceman also learns martial arts techniques from cellmate Mole (Eli Danker), realizing that Boyka is a much more eclectic fighter than himself.
Chambers eventually wins the rematch, breaking Boyka’s knee after pinning him, but as in their first fight, Boyka and Chambers’ rematch did not find them on even terms, despite the latter’s victory. If Chambers had made the wrong move at the wrong time, the fight could just as easily have gone the other way. This does not diminish the significance of both fights for Boyka and Chambers, since each of their defeats exposes their shortcomings to them. After all, this is why the third match between Boyka and Chambers will be so important for the Undisputed series.
A Boyka-Chambers Rematch Would Show Their Evolution
Between his loss and Boyka’s knee injury, the fighter realized he needed to keep his pride in check as Chambers expanded his fighting skills. While this would increase Chambers’ skill set and make him more comparable to Boyka, both fighters would also approach their third fight after such a long period in very different ways. In their own ways, Boyka and Chambers have learned to respect every opponent they face, and this will inevitably change their hatred for each other.
Boyka and Chambers will most likely continue to be openly hostile towards each other. Either way, if the fight between the two is as close as it gets, Boyka vs. Chambers’ third ring fight in Undisputed 5 will be the one where both fighters finally see each other as equals. This could very well be the perfect conclusion to the Undisputed franchise (especially if it’s based on Liam O’Donnell’s take on Undisputed 5).
