Hello friends. Billy Chow was born in Canada on August 24, 1958. He is a Hong Kong film actor and martial artist. He played actively in kickboxing and Muay Thai from 1977 to 1992. He is the only Chinese person in history to win the kickboxing world championship. Billy won the Canadian Lightweight Kickboxing Championship in 1982. From 1984 to 1986, he won the Kickboxing Welterweight Championship 3 times in a row.
He had a farewell fight on November 20, 2007 at the age of 49. He lost by decision to Thai boxer Akarn Saneh. His final record is forty-five wins, 32 of which by knockout and 8 defeats. In 1985 , Chow moved to Hong Kong and made his debut in Winner Takes All.
Also, how he played an elite Vietnamese soldier in the Eastern Condors. There he played alongside Sammo Hung and Yuen Biao. Chow played villains in Jackie Chan films.

This is the fist of legend as General Fujita, in 1995 as Kong at Risk, and in 1996 as an employee of the Japanese embassy in King of Adventure. Chow played Tiger’s brother in Iron Monkey opposite Donnie Yen, and also played Wong in the 1996 Taichi film the Boxer opposite Jackie Wu. Following the 2006 film Dragon in Rage , Chow retired from acting at the age of 48. He returned to the cinema in 2018.
He was invited to take part in the film The Golden Affair on which regular stuntmen from the Jackie Chan troupe worked . Also, Jackie himself acted here as one of the producers. Currently Chow trained fighters in the gyms of Hong Kong and Canada. Billy deserves respect for passing on his experience in professional fights to the younger generation.
