Jason Statham officially started 2024 on a high note with his action-adventure film The Beekeeper. The film has grossed $75 million worldwide and is set to hit the $100 million mark soon.
The film surpassed Mean Girls’ $66 million gross to become the highest-grossing film of 2024. Although this is director David Ayer’s first success in a post-pandemic world, the film has been loved around the world.
“The Beekeeper”, released on January 12, 2024, strengthened its position on the box office charts in its second week.
The company now earns $31 million domestically and $45 million overseas, including $9.5 million from China, $5.6 million from the Middle East, $5.5 million from Germany and Austria, $2.5 million from Mexico and $2.7 million from the UK.
The Beekeeper’s next target is a $100 million club, and here are a few reasons that definitely say yes to the film reaching that number.
