Pei Mei was a legendary master of the Pak Mei and Eagle’s Claw styles of Kung Fu. He was the teacher of Bill, Elle Driver, and Beatrix Kiddo, and was responsible for the removal of Elle’s right eye. He taught Beatrix the fatal movement known as the Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique and the Three Inch Punch. Pei Mei was one of the legendary Five Elders who survived the destruction of Shaolin Monastery by the Qing Dynasty, who allegedly betrayed Shaolin to the imperial government. He shares his name with the martial arts attributed to him.
