Scott Adkins was born on June 17, 1976 in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, England, UK. Full name is Scott Edward Adkins. Scott grew up in a loving family of hereditary butchers. Studying at school was not very good for him, in particular due to the fact that at night, when his parents fell asleep, he made his way to the TV and watched movies, and slept in class. At the age of 10, Scott’s father brought him along with his older brother to the judo section, and there the guy found his calling. As a result, Adkins became the owner of a black belt in taekwondo and kickboxing, and also passed the qualification standards for a black belt in wushu, jiu-jitsu and judo.
Another hobby of Scott Adkins was cinema. The future actor enrolled in a drama class at Sutton Coldfield College and one day he was invited to work in the Hong Kong film industry, and this was a career breakthrough.
