Sylvester Stallone Once Slammed Steven Seagal Into A Wall

It’s no secret that Steven Seagal has a difficult attitude at work. Many reports in the past have noted that the Too Hard to Kill actor was allegedly bossy and pushy when it came to his co-stars. Just recently, Sylvester Stallone said that he once got into a fight with Seagal. This comes after the Watchman actor mentioned that he doesn’t want to be associated with him and other movie buff actors. Stallone did not take these words too kindly and reacted to them furiously. “Steven Seagal said that he ‘doesn’t associate with that element’, referring to me. So I pushed him up against the wall,” he explained in an interview with Contact Music. He also noted that after the quarrel they became friendly again. “We were full of testosterone at the time. He was full of his height and I was full of myself. But we made peace. It can be very abstract,” he concluded.
On the set of the 1996 film Executive Decision, one of the actors, John Leguizamo, unfortunately ended up on the wrong side of Seagal. In an interview with AV Club, the actor noted how Seagal physically beat him. On the first day of rehearsal for the film, Leguizamo overheard the martial arts superstar tell his co-stars, “I’m in command. What I say is the law.” The actor found it funny and opened his mouth to laugh. But after that, he immediately discovered that Seagal was not in the mood for jokes. “And we started rehearsing, and he came in and said, [quiet, husky voice], “I’m in command. What I say is the law.” And I started to be like [snorts]. I mean, who the hell says that? Who comes to rehearsal and says that? Leguizamo explained.
“So I started  laughing and he hit me with an aikido elbow on a brick wall and knocked all the air out of me. I fell to the ground and all I could say was [gasping] “Why? Why?” “I wanted to say that he runs like a bitch and has no hair, but I was afraid,” he concluded.
However, this was not the first time that Seagal showed extreme cruelty towards his colleagues. In the production of Never Say Never Again, the actor took on the role of a martial arts choreographer. Halfway through filming the film, Seagal lost his cool with the James Bond star. He broke his wrist, resulting in an injury.

Seagal Turned Tail At An Actual Fight

Although many reported him to be intimidating, he usually turned tail at an actual fight. Per a Question and Answer with Ain’t It Cool, Stallone recalled when Seagal confronted another actor, and all he did was walk away.
“I remember once, at my home in Miami, I believe it was in ’96 or’97, Van Damme was there with Seagal, Willis, Schwarzenegger, Shaquille O’Neal, Don Johnson, and Madonna. it was a heck of a party,” Stallone stated.
“Van Damme got tired of Seagal telling him he could kick his ass and walked up to him and asked him to come outside so he could wipe the floor with him, or better yet, wipe the backyard with him. Seagal found some excuse. and left.
